Privacy policy
Effective October 14, 2026
LetItSee.com is operated by Datacomb Solutions Inc., a Canadian corporation in Ontario (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the LetItSee.com website, camera page, and MCP integration. Contact support@letitsee.com for privacy questions or requests.
Camera photos and local preview
When you allow browser camera access, the live preview is processed on your device. We do not continuously stream that preview to our servers. When an authorized assistant requests a photo, the camera page makes a JPEG and uploads it over HTTPS to our service on Cloudflare. We return that image to the requesting MCP client, such as ChatGPT, for use in your conversation. Photos may include people, objects, documents, and other information visible to the camera. No microphone audio is requested or recorded.
The application handles photos temporarily in memory while delivering the response. It does not write photos to a database, object store, or application log, and it has no photo archive or saved-photo retrieval feature. A pending capture times out after 20 seconds. The requesting client can retain a delivered photo as part of its conversation; its retention and AI-data settings apply independently.
Other information we process
- Account and sign-in information. WorkOS AuthKit handles sign-in and may process your email address, name, identity-provider information, and authentication/security records. Our application uses the WorkOS user identifier to associate your camera with your authorized clients. Passwords and verification codes belong in the sign-in provider’s interface, never in a conversation or camera tool.
- Sessions and authorizations. We store browser-session records, OAuth client registrations and grants, token-related data, and the current camera attachment. Essential secure cookies maintain sign-in and protect authentication flows. Terms-acceptance records contain the account identifier, terms version, time, and acceptance flow.
- Technical diagnostics. We record request and camera identifiers, operation names, timestamps, connection events, status/error categories, timings, and image byte counts. Cloudflare also processes network and request metadata, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the service. These records help diagnose failures, enforce account isolation, and prevent abuse.
- Support requests. If you email us, we receive your address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. Please omit camera photos and sensitive information unless needed for the request.
- Feedback through your assistant. If you ask your assistant to submit feedback or a problem report, we record its submitted message in Cloudflare application logs together with your WorkOS account identifier, name (if provided), and email address. We obtain those account details from WorkOS to attribute the report and help with follow-up. This tool does not take a photo, attach images, or automatically collect your conversation history. It currently records a log entry only; it does not send email.
The three camera tools take no user-supplied arguments. They do not request your conversation history, contacts, files, or precise location. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to the camera page.
Who receives information
Cloudflare hosts the service and processes photos in transit, session data, and diagnostics. WorkOS provides authentication. Your selected MCP client or AI service receives the requested image and tool results. Support email is processed by our email service. These providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws and lawful access requirements may differ.
We use this information to operate, secure, and support LetItSee.com. We do not sell camera photos or use them to train AI models. Your AI provider’s separate practices still apply; see, for example, OpenAI’s privacy policy. You can also review Cloudflare’s and WorkOS’s privacy information. We may disclose records when legally required or to investigate misuse and protect legal rights.
Retention
- Photos: transient delivery only, as described above. We cannot delete a delivered copy from your assistant’s history.
- Browser login transactions: up to 10 minutes. Browser sessions expire after 7 days or are invalidated on sign-out.
- MCP authorizations: access tokens last 1 hour; grants and refresh authorization expire after 30 days unless revoked sooner. Registered OAuth-client metadata has a 90-day expiry under the current provider configuration.
- Camera state: active attachment information is removed when closed or its browser authorization expires. A per-account capture counter remains until account data is deleted; it contains no photos.
- Application diagnostic and feedback logs: Cloudflare Workers Logs retains these for up to 7 days. This includes feedback messages and the account details attached to them. Support or security excerpts deliberately preserved for an investigation are kept until that investigation and necessary follow-up are complete.
- Account, terms, and support records: these have no automatic deletion schedule. Account data is kept while your account exists; acceptance records document the applicable agreement, and support records document assistance. You can request deletion. We may retain the limited records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve an existing dispute, and will explain any applicable exception.
Your choices and requests
You control which camera is connected and what it faces. Use Stop, close the page, revoke camera permission in your browser, or sign out to stop that browser’s camera. A new camera page displaces the old page; an inactive page must be explicitly reconnected. Signing out of the camera page does not revoke other browsers or your MCP client’s authorization. Disconnect the integration in that client to withdraw its access.
Email support@letitsee.com to request access, correction, account deletion, or assistance withdrawing authorization. We may verify your identity before acting. Deletion of your account does not remove copies already held by your AI provider; use that provider’s conversation and privacy controls. Essential security/session storage cannot be disabled while using authenticated features.
Use the camera only where you have permission. Avoid including passwords, payment details, government identification, health records, or other sensitive material. The service is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes through the service before applying a materially different use of your information. Contact us if you have questions or a privacy complaint.
