Terms of use

Effective October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14

These terms are an agreement between you and Datacomb Solutions Inc., a Canadian corporation in Ontario, operating LetItSee.com (“Datacomb”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the website, camera page, and MCP integration (the “Service”). Questions and legal notices: support@letitsee.com.

Important limits: The Service sends requested camera images to an assistant. It is not a safety, security, medical, or emergency system. Images and AI answers may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. Sections 7–9 limit warranties and liability, including a monetary cap. These limits do not remove rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By selecting a button expressly agreeing to these terms when signing in or authorizing the integration, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not activate the Service. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and supervise your use. The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you accept for an organization, you confirm your authority to bind it; “you” then includes that organization.

2. What the Service does

You sign in, open a camera page, and grant your browser permission to use a camera. An authorized MCP client can request individual images while that page is active. One camera page is active per account; a newly opened page displaces the previous one. You can stop the camera, close the page, sign out, or disconnect the integration. Multiple clients you authorize can request images from the same active camera.

We do not provide continuous remote video, microphone recording, guaranteed delivery, or a photo archive. Browser suspension, device permissions, network conditions, camera changes, and third-party failures can interrupt capture. A preview or connection indicator is not a guarantee that a later request will succeed.

3. Your account, permissions, and content

Protect your accounts and devices, authorize only clients you trust, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own misuse and for activity you authorize. You must have the permissions and lawful basis needed to capture and transmit images, including any consent required from people whose information appears in them. Do not use the Service for covert surveillance, unlawful recording, harassment, or to infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.

You retain your rights in your images. You grant Datacomb and its service providers only the permission needed to receive, temporarily process, and transmit requested images to your chosen client to operate the Service. This is not permission for us to sell images, publish them, or train models on them. Our privacy policy explains processing, retention, and your controls. Your client’s use of a delivered image is governed separately by that client’s terms and settings.

4. No high-risk reliance

Do not use the Service as a basis for emergency response, medical diagnosis or treatment, legal or financial decisions, navigation, driving, operation of hazardous equipment, monitoring a person’s safety, or other uses where an incorrect or missing image or interpretation could cause death, injury, or substantial harm. It is not a substitute for direct inspection, professional judgment, or an appropriate dedicated safety system.

You are responsible for independently checking an image’s relevance and the accuracy of any AI interpretation before relying on it. Avoid placing payment-card details, passwords, government identification, health records, or other highly sensitive information in view.

5. Third-party services

You need a compatible browser, device, network, and separately provided AI or MCP client. WorkOS supplies authentication and Cloudflare supplies hosting. Third-party availability, account eligibility, charges, image rendering, retention, and AI outputs are outside our direct control. We do not warrant or endorse an assistant’s answers. Third-party failures remain subject to the liability provisions below and do not relieve us of obligations that law does not permit us to exclude.

6. Permitted use and availability

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purposes while complying with these terms. Do not bypass access controls, access another account without authority, introduce malware, or disrupt the Service. The Service and its branding remain owned by Datacomb or their respective owners.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features, or restrict access for security, abuse, legal compliance, or material breach. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable and required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and additional terms before you agree to a charge.

7. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, conditions, or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, merchantable or satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service, images, or third-party outputs will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors, or that every defect will be corrected. This disclaimer does not exclude any mandatory warranty or duty that applicable law prohibits excluding.

8. Excluded losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Datacomb and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data arising out of or relating to the Service.

This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if the possibility of the loss was disclosed, and includes claims arising from unavailable or incorrect images, AI interpretations, interruptions, unauthorized access, or third-party services, subject always to section 10.

9. Aggregate liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the combined aggregate liability of Datacomb and the persons protected under section 8 for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) CAD $100 and (b) the amounts you paid directly to Datacomb for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the first event giving rise to the claim. Fees paid to a separate AI provider, device supplier, or network provider do not count toward that amount.

The cap applies collectively across related claims and legal theories, including negligence; it is not a separate amount per incident or defendant. Sections 7–9 allocate risk and form a material part of this agreement. They survive termination, subject to section 10.

10. Rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability, statutory warranty, consumer remedy, privacy right, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If your jurisdiction does not permit a particular exclusion or cap, that provision applies only to the extent legally permitted. You retain mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or shorten a statutory limitation period.

11. Business-user indemnity

If you use the Service for a business or organization, and to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Datacomb against third-party claims and reasonable associated legal costs to the extent caused by your unlawful use, material breach of section 3 or 6, or infringement of a third party’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Datacomb’s negligence, breach, or misconduct, or to ordinary personal consumer use.

We will give prompt notice of a claim, provide reasonable cooperation at your expense, and let you control its defence with competent counsel. You may not settle a claim by imposing obligations or an admission on us without our written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without displacing mandatory protections of your place of residence. Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over disputes. You may contact support@letitsee.com to seek an informal resolution; doing so is not a condition of exercising legal rights.

13. Changes and other provisions

We will identify new versions and give notice of material changes before they apply. Material changes to these terms require renewed express agreement; they do not retroactively alter an accrued claim. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and any additional terms you expressly accept form the agreement for the Service.
